GIGABRAIN FIELD MANUAL
Multiple Object Tracking
Multiple Object Tracking briefly identifies several targets, mixes them among identical moving objects, and asks you to find the original set after motion stops.
How to play
Objective: Keep track of every marked target through continuous movement.
- Memorize which objects are marked as targets.
- Follow those objects while all items move and cross paths.
- Select the original targets when motion ends.
How scoring works
GigaScore is based on the proportion of targets correctly recovered, with higher accuracy becoming increasingly valuable.
GIGABRAIN is an entertainment game and personal arcade benchmark, not an IQ, medical, or diagnostic test.
Tips for a cleaner run
- Spread attention across the target group instead of staring at one object.
- Refresh each target position in a repeating scan.
- When paths cross, follow movement continuity rather than visual proximity alone.
Multiple Object Tracking questions
Do the objects change identity when they overlap?
No. Each target follows a continuous path, even when nearby objects make that path difficult to distinguish.
Why is tracking several objects much harder than one?
Attention must be divided and refreshed across multiple moving positions, so missed updates accumulate quickly.
