GIGABRAIN Android App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the GIGABRAIN Android app with package name com.gigabraingame.app (the "App"). It explains what information is processed when you install or use the App.

Local game data:
The App stores scores, progress, settings, and game history locally on your device using app or web storage. This information is used to provide gameplay, saved progress, settings, and statistics. It is not linked to an account and is not sent to GIGABRAIN as cloud-save data.
Technical service data:
The App connects to gigabraingame.com to provide and load the game. The website is hosted and protected using Cloudflare. When the App communicates with the website, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as your IP address, device or browser information, requested pages or resources, approximate country or region, timestamps, performance information, and security events. This data is used to deliver, secure, and maintain the service.
Advertising data:
The App uses Google AdMob to display and measure advertising. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as IP address, interactions with ads and the App, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID when available. Google and its advertising partners may use this information for advertising, analytics, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.

If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include so that we can respond to you.
User-initiated sharing:
The App may let you create and share an image of a score or result. The image is generated at your request. Depending on your device, it may be copied to the clipboard, downloaded, or passed to a sharing feature you select. GIGABRAIN does not receive the image merely because you create or share it.
3. What the current App does not do
The current version of the App does not:
- require or create a user account
- provide cloud saves or public leaderboards
- process payments or in-app purchases
- sell personal data
- intentionally collect names, postal addresses, contacts, precise location, health information, or payment information

- provide the game and its features
- save progress and preferences on your device
- deliver and protect the online service
- diagnose reliability, security, and performance problems
- display, personalize, measure, and protect advertising, subject to applicable consent choices
- respond to messages and privacy requests
5. Sharing and service providers
GIGABRAIN does not sell personal data. Technical service data may be processed by Cloudflare as a hosting, content-delivery, security, and performance service provider. Advertising data may be collected and shared by Google AdMob and participating advertising partners to provide, personalize, measure, secure, and improve ads. If you contact us, your email provider and our email provider process the message to deliver it.
Information may also be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce legal rights, or protect users, the App, or the public.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App. Because GIGABRAIN does not operate user accounts or cloud saves, there is no server-side game profile for us to delete.
Technical request, security, and advertising data is retained according to the practices of the service providers that process it. Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect the App and online service. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Children
GIGABRAIN is a general-audience entertainment game and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you are not old enough under the laws where you live to use online services without permission, ask a parent or guardian before using the App.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
You can delete locally stored game data by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App. You can choose whether to contact us or use sharing features. Where required, the App presents Google’s consent form before requesting ads. The "Ad privacy choices" link in the App lets you revisit available advertising privacy options. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal data, such as rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Because the App has no user accounts and local game data is not sent to us, we may not be able to associate technical service data with an identifiable user.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or its data practices change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised. If the App later adds accounts, cloud saves, payments, analytics SDKs, or other data-processing features, this policy will be updated accordingly.
