1. What GIGABRAIN is
GIGABRAIN is an arcade-style brain benchmark game with reaction, memory, focus, math, logic, spatial, and other short challenges. Scores, ranks, and GIGASCORE progression are part of the game experience.
2. Entertainment only
GIGABRAIN is made for entertainment, self-comparison, and gameplay progression.
GIGABRAIN is not:
- a medical tool
- a psychological diagnosis tool
- a scientific IQ test
- a clinical cognitive assessment
- a guarantee of intelligence, ability, health, or performance
Scores may be affected by device speed, browser performance, screen size, input method, refresh rate, distractions, and other factors.
3. Local saves
GIGABRAIN currently saves progress locally in your browser. Clearing browser data may delete your scores and progress. We are not responsible for lost local save data.
4. Fair use
You agree not to:
- attack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website
- scrape or copy the site at scale
- attempt to bypass security systems
- use automated tools to abuse gameplay systems
- upload or distribute malware through any future features
5. Availability and changes
GIGABRAIN may change over time. Features, scoring, ranks, game modes, visuals, and availability may be updated, changed, or removed.
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.
6. Intellectual property
GIGABRAIN, including its name, visual design, game presentation, scoring systems, text, artwork, and audio, belongs to the project owner or is used under applicable licenses.
Some visual and audio assets may be AI-generated or generated using AI-assisted tools. Some music may be inspired by public-domain classical music. No third-party copyrighted recordings are intentionally used.
You may share screenshots, scores, and links to the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. No warranty
GIGABRAIN is provided as-is. We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
